President & CEO

Amelia R. Hyden is CEO and Founder of AMC of Southern Nevada. Amelia is responsible for determining AMC of Southern Nevada's vision, strategy, product, and business development. She has a strong background in real estate appraisal, sales, and operation management. Amelia has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for over 20 years, and has worked in the Las Vegas real estate market for over 7 years. Amelia is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business from Western International University. She has an educational background in real estate appraisal through Lincoln Graduate Appraisal Schooling and the Institute For Real Estate & Appraisal Studies.

Our Staff

We have a dynamic office staff that is responsible for the recruitment and management of our appraiser panel, quality control, vendor relationships, accounting, advertising, and product and service development. Our management and staff have extensive experience and knowledge in the Nevada real estate market conditions, valuation services, and lending practices. Our expertise of the appraisal industry and Nevada market area enables us to understand our clients' needs.
